Nutritional Advice

Fix cause over problem
People will often use chiropractors, masseuses and acupuncturists on a weekly bases for aches, pains and realignments. Often the cause is a muscle imbalance that may not need a medical professional. Why not take a more proactive approach and fix the reason to those problems with me.

Muscle Imbalances
In short our muscles need to be in the correct “length tension” relationship. Meaning, when one muscle flexes, there’s an opposing muscle lengthening. If one or the other are too tight, that movement will be inhibited and injury is likely a result. I specialize in finding that imbalance and fixing it at the root of the problem.
